Pastor Holly Loyer is the Chief Executive Officer of Albemarle Teen Challenge and Cape Fear Teen Challenge. She holds a BA in Human Services, a MBA in Health Care Administration and Human Resource Management. She attended Seminary at Regent University and earned a Master of Divinity with a concentration in Missiology (The Study of Missions). She is currently working on a Doctor of Ministry at Liberty University.
Pastor Holly has worked in many facets of the Health Care System. Prior to Establishing Albemarle Teen Challenge, she functioned as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator for the states of Virginia and North Carolina. She has a heart to see broken women be set free and delivered from their life controlling problems. She loves to see women empowered, equipped, and trained in an effort to reach others for the Kingdom of God.
Caitlin Blevins Residential Supervisor
Caitlin came to Teen Challenge as a student at the end of 2018. She struggled with identity and was on a downward spiral. She has since graduated the program in October of 2019 and she is currently working as the Residential Supervisor. Since starting her journey at Teen Challenge, she has been able to deepen her relationship with God and has since found her identity in Him.
Kelly McMillan Intern
Kelly became on Intern May 1, 2020 after graduating from the Cape Fear Adult & Teen Challenge Program.
Kelly brings a background of 30 years in the Insurance Industry. She was the Customer Service/HR Manager for one of the the largest Nationwide Agents in the Company and is excited about her internship at Cape Fear Adult & Teen Challenge!
Courtney Evans PSNC Intern
Courtney graduated with us on August 9th, 2020. She is currently interning as a PSNC (Personal Studies) Teacher. God is truly opening doors for her to go to school and to further her education. She has been able to help others by showing them Christ's love. We are excited to see what her future holds!
Emerging Leaders Program (ELP)
ELP is the last phase of the program where students have felt lead to stay to do an internship with our ministry. They have the opportunity to possibly stay on as staff after their internship.
Hi my name is Malina Lowery and I am currently part of the ELP Program here. I will be graduating September 27th 2020 and I plan on interning at Cape Fear Teen Challenge after graduation.
